– Investigation & validation of major claim scope and cost on US$50m loss, including reviewing available evidence, evaluating contractor submissions, calculating reasonable market re-instatement costs.

– Project & site management of re-instatement of hotel refrigeration equipment. at major international hotel Which included varying scopes of works & warranty management post repair.

– Project management of re-instatement of generator & fire pump system at regional mall, including managing & reporting for multiple stakeholders & resulting in 50% saving on property quantum for insurers.
